Beedelup features strong stone fruit flavours with hints of spice. A versatile hop that can be used in a wide range of beer styles. Beedelup was sourced from eastern Australia in 2019 and a match for it couldn’t be found when comparing its chemistry to a chromatogram library with over 1000 varietals. So this mystery hop was given a local name!
