Delivery

Delivery Method

We send most orders by Australia Post. Charges can be calculated using the Australia Post calculator. Both size and weight are considered so a large light parcel may be calculated on volumetric weight.

When we despatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes the freight provider we have used and a unique number that allows you to track your purchase.

All orders can be tracked via their website www.auspost.com.au.


Delivery Time

Once payment has cleared your order will be sent via Australia Post. Delivery is in 2-7 business days within Australia.


Restrictions

Please note that we do not generally ship glassware as the breakage factor is too high.

 

What happens with non-delivery or lost parcels?

If you have still not received your parcel and your tracked parcel is showing as delivered on the courier website, a card should have been left informing you where it is. For non-signature deliveries, it might have been left in a safe place at the shipping address or with a neighbour. If a signatory was not available, the card should provide details on where and how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.

For 100% garauntee that your item will arrive safely, please select insurance at time of purchase.

 

 

Returns  

Refunds

Refunds or exchanges will be made if the product you buy is defective, we will fully refund the purchase price. We cannot accept returns if you have misused the product. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges or postage costs for returns.

Before you return your item please contact us by sending an email to deliverance@iinet.net.au stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number. Items must then be returned together with all packaging, instructions and proof of purchase.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. It is advisable to insure, use a trackable carrier or if mailed from an Australian Post Office keep your receipt as proof you have mailed your return.

 

Change of Mind 

We do not refund for change of mind, so please select your items carefully.
